Terms of Use

These terms apply to FrugalStreak: No Spend Tracker ("the app"), made by Neil Brazil. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
Standard licence agreement. FrugalStreak is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where those terms and these ones differ, Apple's apply.
The app
FrugalStreak records days on which you decide you did not spend, and shows the resulting streak. It has no bank connection and no access to your finances. What counts as spending is defined entirely by you, and the app takes no view on whether a given day qualifies.
The app is a habit tool, not financial advice. Nothing in it is a recommendation about your money, and you remain responsible for your own spending decisions.
The optional purchase
- Logging a no-spend day, your streak count, the heatmap and the milestone badges are free, with no time limit and no ads.
- One optional in-app purchase unlocks your full streak history and custom widget colours. It costs $2.99 or the equivalent in your local currency, and the price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
- It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The purchase is tied to that Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices using "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Your data
Your logged days, your streak, your rule and your settings are stored on your device. We never receive them and cannot recover them for you. Deleting the app deletes them. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its purchase validation, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is not a substitute for keeping your own financial records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the app changes. The date at the top shows when they last did.
