These terms cover your use of OneStreak: Habit Tracker ("OneStreak"), an iOS app made by Neil Brazil. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
The app
OneStreak lets you track a single habit and its streak, logged from a home-screen widget. It runs entirely on your device. Picking a habit, logging it, and viewing your streak and heatmap are free and remain free.
Subscription terms
- Name: OneStreak Pro
- What it unlocks: streak insights (longest run and completion rate), the habit archive (switch habits without losing streak history), and custom widget styles
- Length and price: 1 month at $2.99, or 1 year at $14.99 (local currency equivalents apply, and prices may vary by territory)
- Free trial: the annual plan includes a 3-day free trial
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are available only to customers who have not previously used one for this subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Your habit and its history are yours, stored on your device, and never transmitted to us. We have no copy of them and cannot recover them for you. Deleting the app deletes that data. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its purchase validation, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Disclaimer
OneStreak is a habit-tracking tool provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is not a medical, psychological, or health service and should not be relied on as one. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of habit data.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
